Origami Election Headquarters ‘08 - Update!

This is an Origami Election Update!

Hillary Clinton and Mitt Romney are projected as the winners in the Nevada caucuses today edging out their main opponents Senators John McCain (R) and Barack Obama (D) respectively.

In the democratic race Senator John Edwards placed a very distant third, at least the guy is consistent. As of this report McCain and Senator Ron Paul (R) were battling it out to claim the second spot for Nevada.

I’d like to point out that the bias liberal media is not only bias against those of a different philosophy, but to their own people. Check out this headline:

Hillary survives, Mitt cruises

“Hillary Clinton survives heated Nevada caucuses, while Mitt Romney wins easily,” says the byline.

A CNN reporter had noted last week, after her New Hampshire win, that the liberal media had already chosen Obama as the next president and so they’ve been subtly attacking Clinton.

They made a big deal about her supposed “crying” and pundits are always asked the same question:

“If Hillary doesn’t win this next race, is it over for her campaign?”

And with a headline like the one above who can disagree with that analysis. Winning 80% of the vote for Hillary means that she’s surviving this heated campaign for the Democratic Nomination.

Funny, my point of view seems to indicate that democrats want to elect Hillary for president. Sadly I think that’s a wrong way to go, but maybe the media should let the public decide who they want.

I know…I know, It’s hard for the media to not impose their will on the public. I mean, isn’t that what the media’s for?

I bid adieu,

your Origami reporter,
L.Manly
