Is all rape a hate crime?
Hello Everyone,
Noticed this story this morning when I got up to peruse. Apparently a group of men gang raped a California woman who happened to be a Lesbian. According to the report the men taunted her about that fact as they repeatedly violated her.
In an interesting twist to this type of crime, the ringleader f**khead in question; Humberto Hernandez Salvador, 31, is getting a legal bonus to the charge against him, hate crime enhancements. Which of course ups the prison sentence for this animal.
Here’s the rapist-pig in question.
Gays and Lesbians are of course using this instance for their cause, which is typical and a little shameful, but they are also gathering supporting for “Richmond Jane Doe” in the form of money and donations. assuming that they only do that, I won’t find their actions reprehensible.
But enough of the politics of the matter, I asked myself this question: Isn’t all rape a hate crime?
Essentially a hate crime is going after a specific person of visible minority because you hate that person. The KKK lynching a black man is committing a hate crime. 6 rednecks who beat a gay man is a hate crime.
But is rape a hate crime? The rape of a woman by a man or men, isn’t that a hate crime? If you really think about it, it’s an assault against someone who’s different from you. A man must hate a woman or women to commit the act. It seems to meet the criteria for being a hate crime.
I wonder what would happen if prosecutors around the country started adding that to the list of charges when some a**wipe took his anger and hatred for women too far?
I think it would cause a firestorm that might shake this country to its core. We all know that America and Western Civilization is misogynistic at its core. It’s also incredibly sex obsessed, I mean the genitals are becoming things of worship. Going online and even criticizing sex, not even criticizing sex and you are inundated with calls of “shut up bitch”, “go back to the kitchen” and “suck this.”
And I’m not even a woman, the frat boys just assume you are.
So some frat boy slips a roofie in a girl’s drink. Hate crime? I think so.
A mugger attacks a woman and decides to add rape to the night’s festivities. Hate crime? Again, I think so.
Yes, I do believe I have come to the conclusion that rape has met the criteria for being added to the hate crime statutes. Rapists beware! We are coming for you and until this kind of attitude is eradicated from our society, I want you all to be afraid and keep those thoughts repressed.
